The operator of KumoCert (“we/us”) handles personal information in accordance with this policy. The Japanese version prevails in case of any inconsistency.

(1) Information you provide at registration (email address, display name, password stored as a hash); (2) information generated through use (study history, answers, purchase history); (3) technical information (IP address, browser information, cookies).
3. Purposes
We use the information to provide and authenticate the Service, show and analyze study progress, process payments, respond to inquiries and send important notices, prevent fraud, and produce de-identified statistics for improvement.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent except as required by law. Payment processing is delegated to Stripe, Inc.; hosting and email delivery are delegated to our cloud providers, which process data only as needed.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in. Disabling cookies will make parts of the Service unavailable.
6. Security
We apply safeguards including password hashing, TLS encryption and access control.

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your personal information, including account deletion, via our contact point.
